Outpatient Treatment Programs
Uplift Sobriety
Structured outpatient programs for substance abuse recovery — PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care with flexible scheduling.
Recovery That Fits Your Life
Uplift Sobriety provides the critical outpatient bridge between intensive inpatient care and independent sober living. Our structured programs are designed for individuals who are ready to practice recovery skills in the real world while maintaining access to professional clinical support, evidence-based therapies, and a strong recovery community.
Whether you are stepping down from detox or residential treatment, or entering treatment for the first time with a stable support system at home, our outpatient programs offer the right level of intensity for your situation. We treat a full spectrum of substance use disorders — including alcohol, opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and prescription drug addiction — alongside co-occurring mental health conditions.
With flexible morning and evening scheduling, you can continue working, attending school, or caring for your family while making meaningful progress in recovery.
Levels of Care
Our Outpatient Programs
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The most intensive level of outpatient care, PHP provides near full-time structure for individuals stepping down from inpatient treatment or those with acute needs who have a stable home environment. Clients attend daily therapeutic sessions while returning home or to a sober living residence each evening.
Ideal For
- Individuals completing inpatient detox or residential treatment
- Those with severe cravings requiring daily clinical monitoring
- Clients needing medication adjustments or psychiatric evaluation
- Individuals who have not responded to less intensive care
Program Components
Typical duration: 2–4 weeks typical
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP strikes a balance between structured treatment and the flexibility to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities. With morning and evening session options, this program helps clients build lasting coping skills, prevent relapse, and practice recovery in real-world settings.
Ideal For
- Individuals stepping down from PHP or residential care
- Those with mild-to-moderate substance use issues
- Clients who need to maintain employment or education
- Individuals with a supportive home environment
Program Components

Outpatient Program (OP)
Standard outpatient care offers continued support for individuals who have progressed through higher levels of treatment or those with stable recovery who benefit from ongoing therapeutic engagement. This level of care reinforces recovery skills while fully reintegrating into daily life.
Ideal For
- Individuals in sustained recovery needing continued support
- Those transitioning from IOP to independent living
- Clients seeking ongoing relapse prevention
- Individuals maintaining sobriety with periodic check-ins
Program Components
Typical duration: Ongoing as needed
